I don't like re-visiting the past there are things there that just aren't worth it
but sometimes to reflect is a good thing to compare then and now gives me a sense that life is going in the right direction
a few years ago all my running medals disappeared the police asked if I wanted to press charges
I answered, "No - if I want a medal on my wall, I'll go out and run a race"
the pictures below are medals which I have recieved for my running over the past 3 years this race season is all but over so I spend this minute thinking back and enjoying my accomplishments
50 years old and in my prime
it's with a big smile that I say to you "never admit defeat move in one direction - with a purpose"
